The foam cutter bow is made from 1" PVC pipe with small screw eyes as the wire attachment/adjusters. We use .023 wire from the MIG welder for the hot wire. The supply wire from the bow to the power supply is 12 gauge landscape lighting wire. The power supply is an automotive battery charger, that is probably overkill but is what we have, a smaller more adjustable transformer maybe better.

Here is a set of pictures of the Candy Boy's nose cone on the rotisserie, Using the Bow and some paper templates it takes almost no time to rough out a good looking nosecone.

A little sanding and a layer of glass and presto... A custom nosecone!
